Chinese Spiced Seed Mix

  • 1 Egg white
  • 2 tsp Chinese five spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 85 g Sunflower Seeds
  • 85g Pumpkin Seed
  1. Heat oven 150C/130C fan/gas2.
  2. Lightly whisk the egg white, then add the Chinese five spice and the salt.
  3. Add the sunflower and pumpkin seeds, and coat well.
  4. Spread out in a single layer on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 12 mins.
  5. Cool before eating.
